This narrow space kept a factory of mind-mess.
All these cluttered objects
— stack of papers a mountain high,
ink stains mapped constellation,
witness to the loss of their own creation.
The dusts and unticking clock,
still runs the time,
as the shadows of dawn and dusk
dictates the untold tales
of hard-pressed days,
and nights spent in soul-burning haste.
Concepts and thoughts grinds,
as though cogwheels clash and collides.
This room is a factory
where thrills of deadline count,
where bustle knows no bound,
and in the untidy, inspiration is found.
Out of the door I step to witness the dazzling bright.
Each day is a cycle to be dead and alive
Alas! the product took form,
from the chaos of the night’s brain storm.
And so in these four walls I thrive,
In this mind-factory I stay and strive.
